  • Items purchased during clearance sales, special discounts, or promotional offers may not be eligible for return unless defective or damaged.

  • The product should not be customized or made-to-order.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To return an item, follow these steps:

  2. Return Approval: Our team will review your request and approve it if it meets the eligibility criteria.

  3. Pickup or Self-Ship:

    • Pickup: Available in select locations. A return pickup will be scheduled within 3-5 business days.

    • Self-Ship: If pickup is unavailable, you can ship the product to our return address. Keep the tracking details for reference.

3. Return Shipping Charges

  • Free Returns: Available for defective, damaged, or wrong items received.

  • Customer-Paid Returns: If the return is due to a change of mind, size issue, or personal preference, a nominal return shipping fee may apply.

4. Refund Process

  • Refund Method: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method or as store credit, as per your preference.

  • Processing Time: Refunds will be initiated within 5-7 business days after the returned item is inspected.

  • COD Refunds: If you paid via Cash on Delivery (COD), we will refund the amount to your bank account after verifying the return.

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Socks, inner soles, or accessories due to hygiene reasons.

  • Items marked as "Final Sale."

7. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, report it within 48 hours of delivery with clear images.
