  • Orders canceled before dispatch are eligible for a full refund.

     

2. Non-Refundable Items

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Items that have been worn, used, or damaged due to customer mishandling.

     

  • Clearance sale or discounted items unless they are defective or incorrect.

     

  • Personalized or custom-made products.

     

  • Socks, insoles, and other hygiene-related accessories.

     

3. Refund Process

  2. Approval & Inspection: Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding refund approval.

     

  3. Refund Processing:

     

    • Online Payments: Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method (Credit/Debit Card, UPI, Net Banking, Wallets) within 5-7 business days.

       

    • COD Orders: Customers must provide bank details for NEFT/IMPS refund processing, which will take 7-10 business days.

       

    • Store Credit: Customers can opt for store credit, which will be issued within 24-48 hours after return approval.

       

4. Partial Refunds

A partial refund may be issued in cases where:

  • The product is not returned in its original condition.

     

  • Accessories or parts of the product are missing.

     

  • The return request is made outside the 7-day return window.
