1. Eligibility for Refunds

- The item is returned in unused, unworn condition with original packaging (including tags and shoe box).
- The return request is initiated and will be credited within 7 working days.
- The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect as per the order placed.
- Orders canceled before dispatch are eligible for a full refund.
2. Non-Refundable Items
Refunds will not be provided for:
- Items that have been worn, used, or damaged due to customer mishandling.
- Clearance sale or discounted items unless they are defective or incorrect.
- Personalized or custom-made products.
- Socks, insoles, and other hygiene-related accessories.
3. Refund Process

- Approval & Inspection: Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding refund approval.
- Refund Processing:
- Online Payments: Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method (Credit/Debit Card, UPI, Net Banking, Wallets) within 5-7 business days.
- COD Orders: Customers must provide bank details for NEFT/IMPS refund processing, which will take 7-10 business days.
- Store Credit: Customers can opt for store credit, which will be issued within 24-48 hours after return approval.
- Online Payments: Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method (Credit/Debit Card, UPI, Net Banking, Wallets) within 5-7 business days.
4. Partial Refunds
A partial refund may be issued in cases where:
- The product is not returned in its original condition.
- Accessories or parts of the product are missing.
- The return request is made outside the 7-day return window.
