We deliver across India, including metro cities, tier 2 and tier 3 cities, and remote locations. However, shipping availability may be subject to courier service limitations.
2. Shipping Charges
- Standard Shipping: Free for orders above ₹999. Orders below ₹999 will incur a nominal shipping fee based on the delivery location.
- Express Shipping: Available at an additional cost, depending on the pin code and order weight.
- Cash on Delivery (COD): Available for select locations with an additional fee of ₹50.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
- West Bengal : 2-3 Business Days
- Metro Cities: 3-5 business days
- Tier 2 & 3 Cities: 5-7 business days
- Remote Locations & North-East India: 7-10 business days
- Express Shipping: 1-3 business days (subject to service availability)
Delivery timelines are approximate and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances, including weather conditions, strikes, or courier partner delays.
4. Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 24-48 hours (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
- Once processed, you will receive a tracking ID via email and SMS.
